This is the Pancake sandwich. 2 pancakes of your choice, with scrambled eggs and sausage topped with butter and syrup. I think this was just invented to make more room on your plate at breakfast.

Today I have been thinking about what I would choose if I had to pick my favorite thing for lunch, and this is in the top 3..

This mouth-watering, crispy, flavorful sandwich consists of tomato, basil, mozzarella, and pesto over your choice of bread. I love the way all the flavors are so different yet combine to make a wonderful aroma and an even wonderful blend of flavors.

The canwich. Need I say more? I don't know about you, but I don't think I would be interested in trying this 'culinary revolution.' Sandwiches in my opinion are the best when they're made fresh. There is nothing I love more than a hamburger fresh off the grill or a panini hot off the press :)

Hello world, I'm Katie. This is my first blog. I am going to be doing posts all about different types of sandwiches. All types of sandwiches; cupcake sandwiches, paninis, and of course, hero sandwiches. I will be taking most of my own pictures since that will be most of my blog. The cupcake sandwich. Most people have a problem eating cupcakes. Some eat the bottom, some lick the frosting first, some just bite into it and get it all over their face. I think this is the perfect solution. The picture explains it all.
