Hello world, I'm Katie. This is my first blog. I am going to be doing posts all about different types of sandwiches. All types of sandwiches; cupcake sandwiches, paninis, and of course, hero sandwiches. I will be taking most of my own pictures since that will be most of my blog. I hope to increase my knowledge of my favorite foods by doing this blog and to enrich others with this knowledge.

I'll start with my favorite,
The cupcake sandwich. Most people have a problem eating cupcakes. Some eat the bottom, some lick the frosting first, some just bite into it and get it all over their face. I think this is the perfect solution. The picture explains it all.
